You can only become a member of FindMe if you are 18 years old or over, FindMe does not knowingly collect, use or maintain any information about anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 we request that you do not use/login in to FindMe.

Account

To Join FindMe you will be asked to sign in using your Facebook login. By signing in using your Facebook account, you authorize us to access certain Facebook account information, such as your public Facebook profile, Facebook friends that is using FindMe, gender, email address and your Facebook profile photo. Please be aware that your Facebook profile photo will be set automatically as your FindMe profile photo. FindMe gives you the ability to control your user profile, most of the details that we collect about your profile are available to you at any time by logging in to FindMe, access your FindMe "My Profile" and update your information at any time. We use third parties to collect your country information based on your ip address (we send your ip address to third parties to get your country information). Your country information cannot be updated by you, it is always set automatically depending on your ip address. We collect information about whether you are online and when you last used FindMe

We share your information?

We never publish anythig to Facebook without your permission. Your profile, first name, age, country, personal description and photos and any other information you have provided to us directly or through Facebook will be viewable by other users of FindMe, We give the option not to show your profile to other FindMe users by logging in to FindMe, access setting and privacy then turn off 'Show my profile to others'. We share the information about whether you are online and when you last used FindMe with your Facebook friends that uses FindMe or with the people you have a "match" with, We give the option not to show when you are online or when you last used FindMe by logging in to FindMe, access setting and privacy then turn off 'Show last seen to Matches/Friends'. If you chat with users on FindMe they will see the content of your chat, by default everyone on FindMe can send you messages and We give the option not to allow messages from everyone by logging in to FindMe, access setting and privacy then turn off 'Allow messages from everyone', once this option is turned off, only Facebook friends that uses FindMe and Matches can message you. We may share information, including personal and financial information, with third parties that perform certain services on our behalf.

Messages

When you chat with friends/matches or other users on FindMe, you provide us the content of your chats, we do not retain your messages and once your text, voice or photo messages are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. If the message cannot be delivered immediately (for example deleted/offline user), we may delete or keep it on our servers as long as we need trying to deliver it. When the messages are delivered to the user, they are stored on the user's own device, FindMe gives you the ability to clear stored messages from your device.

Contacting Us

If you contact us with a customer service or other inquiry, you provide us with the content of that communication and we may keep a copy of that correspondence.

Device

We collect device-specific information when you install, login or use FindMe. This includes information such as operating system information, IP address, hardware model, mobile network information, and device identifiers.

Collection of other 'Non-Personal' Information

We and service providers acting on our behalf, like Google Analytics , store log files and use tracking technologies to help analyse how users use the site and our applications or games. The tools uses cookies to collect internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website or one of our applications or games, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate use of our website, applications or games and to compile statistical reports on website/applications/games activity.
